Tara is a Mental Performance Coach who helps athletes strengthen focus, resilience, confidence, and emotional control to perform at their best under pressure.


With a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a certification in Psychology for High Performance from Stanford University, she brings deep expertise in human behavior and performance science to her coaching.


Tara equips athletes with practical tools — including mindfulness, visualization, stress-management routines and structured habit-building — to help athletes stay focused, recover quickly from setbacks, and compete with greater confidence, clarity, and consistency.
