A Bit About Tara

I bring together formal training and real-life experience
to support adults navigating stress, pressure, relationships and personal growth.

I have a degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and certification in Psychology of High Performance from Standford University-

work that deepened my understanding of how people handle pressure, build resilience and show up in the moments that matter.

I am not practicing mental health therapy.

What I offer is grounded, practical coaching- a space to think clearly,
gain perspective,
build skills,

strengthen self-awareness,
and navigate life more intentionally.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, emotional regulation, DBT-informed strategies, emotional intelligence, and practical coping tools to help clients better manage stress, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and respond more intentionally in daily life.

My approach is supportive, honest, and practical — focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change in how they think, communicate, respond, and show up for themselves and the people around them.
