Tara is a Mental Performance Coach who helps athletes strengthen their mindset, build resilience and perform with confidence. With a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a certification in Psychology for High Performance from Stanford University, she brings deep expertise in human behavior and performance science to her coaching.
Tara equips athletes with practical tools — including mindfulness, visualization, stress-management routines, emotion regulation strategies, and structured habit-building — to thrive under pressure. Her approach empowers athletes to gain clarity, sharpen focus, and recover quickly from setbacks so they can consistently compete at their highest level, both on and off the field.
